About Community Life Enrichment Foundation
Community Life Enrichment Foundation (CLEF) endeavors to help underserved communities regain and retain their vibrancy as a countereffect to poverty, declining business communities and changing demographics. This is done by creating HUBs, or centers, that provide specialized programs based on the unique needs, as defined by the community. The HUB is also a centralized connection point to a myriad of service agencies that utilize this space as a direct delivery point within the community.
