Hello, my Name is Bella Strange, Owner of Club Strange in the VRChat community. This past 4th of July, while many of us were celebrating, a devastating and unprecedented flood swept through the region in the middle of the night, tragically taking the lives of over 100 people. Horrifically, many of the victims were children, including dozens who were spending their summer at Camp Mystic.

It’s impossible to see this level of tragedy and not feel called to help. As a community in VRChat, we have the power to come together and make a real difference, even from worlds away. We have to show our friends and families in Texas that they are not alone.

That’s why tonight, Club Strange is dedicating our live DJ event to raising funds for the victims of this disaster. We're coming together to support the people on the ground who are providing critical relief to those who have lost everything. As we welcome our new DJs, we invite you to join us for the first-ever Hardstyle Rave at Club Strange.

All donations from this GoFundMe will be sent directly to the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country's Kerr County Flood Relief Fund. We've chosen this specific fund because it is a highly-rated, local organization working on the front lines in the area most affected by the floods. Your contribution will go straight to providing shelter, food, and essential support to the families who need it most, right now.

Hi, I'm Gurneel Kochar. I created Splash4Success, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Frisco, TX, aimed at helping teach kids to swim and reduce drowning rates within the community. The recent Texas floods were completely devastating and hit close to home. So many kids and families drowned in 20 feet of water. In order to do my part, I'm raising funds for the biggest charity helping this relief effort: Communities Foundation of Texas. After some research, this charity best aligned with my beliefs as well as my goal of helping the people of central Texas. Their mission is to improve the lives of everyone in our community by investing in their health, wealth, living, and learning. Together, we can make a difference in our community and create a brighter future for all.
