Who will benefit: Colonial Playhouse, "The Showplace of Delaware County" since 1940
What will the funds be used for: A much needed upgrade to our air conditioning system.
How soon do we need the funds:
We are excited and very grateful to announce that for the third year in a row, an anonymous donor has offered us a Match Challenge
Only this year, they raised the stakes.
This year, they have doubled their offer to $2000, so we must raise $2000 before they will match that with their own $2000.
The deadline is March 31, 2018.
What the support will mean to us: As the current generation of stewards of this wonderful theater organization, we have an obligation and a mission to maintain the facility and make needed upgrades. These are expensive endeavors, but we want to keep our ticket prices affordable so the whole community can enjoy our performances. Your support will help us meet this matching gift, and will show to future grant organizations that we have a wide and committed base of support in our members and the greater community.
Not to mention how grateful we are to our anonymous donor - it's the least we can do to match their generous gift.
Plus, won't it be wonderful to have reliable air conditioning at our theater?!
