Our next Strength Seminar will take place on Friday, July 15th at 5pm at Paragon. Tickets to this event are donation based, with your $10 minimum donation going to support Cleveland Roots.
-Strength Seminar #4: Coaches Christie and Adam will be discussing common workouts popular on social media and how they actually impact our bodies. You'll learn why we program the way we do at Paragon.

What is Cleveland Roots? Cleveland Roots is a local nonprofit organization that Paragon has been lucky enough to partner with beginning in 2022. Cleveland Roots creates opportunities for urban agriculture and educational programs that empower people to grow their own produce. Their goals are to provide affordable access to fresh produce, promote healthy living, nurture the environment, and cultivate community.
