About Clay Center of New Orleans

The Clay Center of New Orleans is a new nonprofit organization that serves to grow, support and elevate ceramic art and artists by bringing high-quality ceramic art education, facilities, outreach and professional opportunities to the city of New Orleans.\n\nThe Clay Center was founded to increase the amount of ceramic art education, exhibition and professional opportunities available in New Orleans, as well as to address a lack of access to ceramic supplies, tools and facilities. Our goal is to offer the best ceramic art education, facilities and opportunities available in New Orleans outside of a college or university, and to expose the public to high-quality contemporary ceramic artwork and studio pottery through regular exhibitions.
