About Citrus County Foster Parent Association Inc
The Citrus County Foster Parent Association is a 501(c)3 organization and is made up of foster and adoptive parents in Citrus County who work together to further address the needs of children in the care and custody of the Florida Department of Children and Families. We meet on a monthly basis as a support group for families and work together on fundraisers and events for family Members to participate in. Money raised helps foster Children with Christmas gifts, fieldtrips to places like Disney, The Zoo and aquariums. Our net-work of families also a wonderful resource for help in obtaining Cribs, beds, clothing, etc. That maybe needed When children 1st come Into care or with 1st time Foster families.
