Christmas Without Cancer NFP

For almost 23 years, Christmas Without Cancer has been supporting local families facing the challenges of cancer right from their own kitchen tables in our Southland community. What began as a way to assist ONE family during the Christmas season has evolved into a year-round effort that helps hundreds of families! The year 2024 marked a milestone for CWC, as the organization provided help to 598 families over the year and 114 families during the Christmas season.

OUR DREAM: A CHRISTMAS WITHOUT CANCER HEADQUARTERS!

WE ARE RESEARCHING POTENTIAL PROPERTIES NOW.

No matter what the future holds, one thing is clear: we want our headquarters to be located right in the heart of where our mission began: the Southside!

IMAGINE WHAT THIS NEW HEADQUARTERS COULD MAKE POSSIBLE!

A larger, dedicated space will allow us to:

• Enhance our existing operations

• Create a dedicated area for mentor-mentee gatherings and group events

• Organize classes

• Deliver family support services, such as workshops and resource evenings

• Offer private meeting spaces for guidance, support, and referrals

• Survivor support

• Accept larger-sized donation items and equipment

In short, this new building means more local families battling the hardships of cancer will have much needed additional support, making a more lasting impact.

To make this dream a reality, we are fundraising in three critical phases:

PHASE 1: PURCHASE A PROPERTY

Secure ownership with a significant down payment

PHASE 2: INTERIOR & EXTERIOR UPGRADES

Improvements, safety enhancements, furnishings, appliances, and technology to meet our requirements

PHASE 3: OWNERSHIP

Pay off the loan
