Help People of Ukraine Affected by War
Hello, my name is Anna. I was born and raised in Ukraine and came to the United States when I was 20. In 2014 when Pro-Russian separatists fought in Donetsk and Luhansk, my family and countless others donated and raised money for Pastor Taras of Christ is the Answer Ministries. Christ is the Answer Ministries is a non-profit organization blessed with spreading the Word of God and helping those in need. During the fighting, the people of Donetsk and Luhansk were totally cut off from getting vital food. Taras took the funds that were donated and purchased food and supplies. He risked his life daily in the live-fire war zone to serve the people. He delivered food to the elderly’s homes. Many came daily and lined up for bread. Children were so hungry that they ate it immediately upon receiving it. He helped repair shelled homes and brought hope back to abandoned people. It was donations that made this all possible. Thousands of people were fed by the money of strangers and because of the dedication of Taras and his ministry. During one of his food deliveries, he was captured for his efforts, intimidated and eventually released by the separatists. Regardless of their threats for him to halt his operation, Taras was steadfast and continued to do God's work. Taras was awarded by the President of Ukraine for his heroic and selfless acts in aiding the people. Taras just completed his ministry work in Ethiopia, where he spread the Word of God, introduced and converted thousands to Jesus Christ. Taras and his ministry will now do everything they can to help the people of Ukraine. Your donations are vital to the success of this endeavor. Please find it in your hearts to give, no matter how small. What you think is petty can go a long way to help those in need. One US dollar can purchase 5-7 loaves of bread. It’s our duty to help our brothers and sisters during this horrible time. No one should go to bed hungry, especially children.
