Cape Coral Dragon Boat Club

Our awesome Cape Coral Dragon Boat Club (Charlotte Harbor Paddliers, Inc.) is reaching out for your support to make our next paddling season even smoother and more enjoyable. For years, our dedicated members have been hauling our boats to and from the water twice a week – a time-consuming and physically demanding task.

We have an incredible opportunity to partner with the owner of the property close to the boat ramp who has generously offered us the use of his dock for the entire season! This would eliminate the need for that twice-weekly haul, saving our members valuable time and energy, and allowing us to focus even more on paddling and camaraderie.

However, to make this partnership a reality, we need your help. The dock requires some essential repairs to ensure the safety of our members as they board and disembark our boats.

The funds raised through this GoFundMe will directly cover:

Dock Repairs: Ensuring a safe and stable environment for our members.

Dock Usage Agreement: Covering part of the cost of securing our boats at the dock for the entire season that cannot be covered by the current dues amount

Deck Box: Needed for storing equipment and boat supplies at the dock

Coaching Equipment: Purchasing club owned equipment to replace the personal equipment used by past coaches
