For the first time since 2019, the CC4H Robotics high school team, Centre Punch, has qualified for the FIRST Championships in Houston Texas, and we need your help to get there!

At the inaugural Gotham Regional in New York City, Centre Punch fought to an 8-2 qualifying record, captaining the 2nd seeded alliance with teams from New York and Mexico all the way to the event finals. We also earned the Creativity Award for the many unique features of our robot, including the only working climbing mechanism at the event. Our Finalist status and the Creativity Award earned us the top qualifying spot from the event to attend the FIRST Championships in Houston on April 29-May 2!

Participating in the FIRST Championship is a huge honor and a tremendous reward for the hard work of our students. At Champs, they will be competing with 600 teams from 60 different countries and experiencing high impact seminars, demonstrations, and hands-on STEM activities. Our participation in Champs in 2018 and 2019 was truly inspiring to the students who participated and a tremendous catalyst for growth of our club, and we trust this year will be no different!

By making a tax-deductible donation to our campaign, organized by CentreSTEM, the nonprofit supporting CC4H Robotics, your gift will help allow as many students as possible to have this amazing experience. Funds raised will help with registration expenses, travel costs for students and mentors, and the spare parts we need to prepare our robot for our 3rd event of the year.

Centre County 4-H Robotics, powered by CentreSTEM, is a local STEM club offering hands-on STEM opportunities for kids in 4th-12th grade from across Centre County.
