Cats Around Town Society, Inc. (CATS) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We are committed to reducing the feral cat population in Sussex County. We use TNR (trap/neuter/return) as an effective and humane way to control feral cat populations. We are committed to removing kittens from feral colonies and socializing them in preparation for placement into permanent homes.
