Cats Amore's primary rescue focus is mostly adult or senior cats, cats with special needs or at high risk of euthanasia in shelters. However Cats Amore Animal Rescue will take Mama cats and kittens (families), abandoned kittens and sometimes even dogs based on space available and willing foster homes. We also provide assistance to local senior citizen pet owners needing to find placement for their pets due to health, financial or other reasons. Cats Amore Animal Rescue accepts and adopts out FIV+ cats as space or foster opportunities allow. Cats Amore offers unique pet fostering opportunities for humans in certain life stages. All of our cats/kittens are fully vetted and cared for by the rescue and/or foster homes until they find a permanent, loving indoor home.
