In memory of my beloved Laura Kopeceski I am launching this fundraiser to support Cass County Cancer Service Inc. Laura battled ovarian cancer not long after the birth of her daughter Breah. Laura had a smile that lit up every room. She had a huge heart and never met a stranger. She will be missed by many. Cass County Cancer services does so much.

Providing financial assistance for medical expenses, helping families focus on healing.

Offering emotional support programs to ensure no one faces cancer alone.

Family Triathlon to Give Back
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July of 2022 we had no idea how much we would have to depend on others. We had so many friends, family, strangers and non-profits help us through our journey in the last year.

One of the non-profits that made the biggest impact was the Cass County Cancer Service (CCCS). We live in a rural community and every appointment was at least 1/2 hour away, some were over 2 hours away! The Cass County Cancer Service provides travel assistance in the form of gas cards to anyone who lives in Cass County, Michigan and has cancer.

The biggest impact from CCCS came when I was laid off the day I started radiation. I had to make daily trips, one hour round trip, for 25 radiation sessions. I am so grateful that the Cass County Cancer Service could help us out!

On June 5, 2023 I finished my last treatment and as a celebration our family is training for a trialthon in August. Please help us support the amazing work and efforts of the Cass County Cancer Service by making a donation. No donation is too small to make an impact.
