Care for the Homeless

Please consider helping us honor the soul of our dear friend, Billy Young, who in his last decade of life proudly built a footprint for his organization, Loyal Friend.  Billy tirelessly devoted his life to connecting with and improving the lives of the homeless people of NYC.  
 
Working with Care for the Homeless, a New York organization, (https://www.careforthehomeless.org), we have put together a Loyal Friend Fund to serve the forgotten street dwellers who Billy turned into his friends. 

Please consider making a donation, or just take a minute and watch the video that we created a year before Billy’s passing…share with us this moment to honor a wonderful person, who even though he suffered from his own battles…found the joy of putting the less fortunate -- first.

We will be matching the first $5,000 donated.  So, every dollar you donate will work twice as hard in helping the homeless.

Hi!  Thanks for checking out my fundraising link.  I ran the Brooklyn Half Marathon on Saturday, and want to use it as an opportunity for us to benefit Care for the Homeless.   Your contribution will help us provide high quality health care to homeless children, families and individuals in NYC.  Every child needs a dentist, a pediatrician, and some need more care depending on individual need.

You guys regularly ask me how you can contribute - - here is your chance!  Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.   As you may know, I am the Vice Chair of this amazing organization.
