Capital Area Friends of the Environment is a grassroots activist organization Lansing, Michigan. We are local residents who are dedicated to creating a more sustainable and just environment in the Lansing region.

Among our goals: 1) A just and rapid transition to renewable energy, 2) Decreasing carbon emissions across the region, 3) Facilitating a multi-modal transportation network lessening reliance on automobiles, 4) Access to clean and affordable water, 5) Ending sewer run-off into local waterways.
