“Cambio de Planes Fundacion” a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization legally established in December 2021. Provide psychosocial support services to families of children with special needs, our goal is to promote mental health, communication, and support. Our mission is to create spaces where families develop resilience skills, improve their coping skills, and have spaces to socialize with others.
