Options Save Lives

If I had known a few years ago what I know now about Alcoholism / Alcohol Use Disorder, I would not have reached the dangerous, rock bottom place I did. For that reason, it's now my personal and professional goal to make sure as many people as possible across the world know about The Sinclair Method. I will be running the Seville Marathon on 23rd February 2025 for Options Save Lives (CThree Foundation) - the only non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the Sinclair Method.

Two and a half years ago, I moved my whole life from London to Seville thinking I just needed a change in lifestyle but after six months, I reached an ultimate low point and quickly realised that I had actually been running away from an alcohol problem.

At rock bottom, the universal system told me I had failed, I was an alcoholic that needed to go to Rehab and then AA meetings for the rest of my life and that I should never trust my own instinct ever again. Although it works for some, it didn't feel right to me - it didn't fit my problem and felt like a black and white solution that made me feel numb and depressed. (Again - I was told I was in denial). I couldn't understand how in this day and age, there was no available solution in-between "normal drinker", "give it more willpower" and "doomed alcoholic".

Thankfully, I did eventually trust my instinct and visited an amazing doctor in Seville, who explained The Sinclair Method to me - using medication to help people like me take back control of my relationship alcohol. The method saved my sanity but more importantly my life and I have now even changed my whole career to help raise awareness and support others through the process.

Doing the Seville marathon is even more important for me as it's the city that (necessarily) took me to rock bottom and helped me completely rebuild again (thank you Sevilla❤️ ).
