Leo Rios was an exceptional volunteer for the Buccaneer Commission. He served as a Bucarader, was a Volunbeer on the BBQ on the Bay Committee and volunteered to cook for anyone, anytime, anywhere. If you needed help with anything you could count on Leo for assistance. Leo made a significant impact on Buc Days and we would like to remember his legacy by establishing a scholarship in his name. Join us in raising money to establish the Leo Rios Memorial Scholarship to benefit the Buccaneer Commission Foundation. Any donation will help make a lasting impact on Leo’s legacy.
