Millions of people with concussions or other brain injuries never get the care they need.

The Brain Care Catalyst Foundation is changing that — by helping top doctors create model clinics offering something rare in American health care: a multidisciplinary team working together, with a dedicated care coordinator at the center.

This isn’t just better care for brain injury patients — it’s a blueprint for what medicine can be. Post-acute care clinics are now serving patients in San Francisco and Morgantown, WV. New sites will soon open in Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, New Haven, Nashville, Indianapolis, and Chicago.

We’ve raised more than $7,000 toward this work in 2025. Now we need to raise $12,000 for 2026 to support the next round of clinic launches and to gather direct patient feedback to guide improvements.

The first clinic launched in San Francisco, followed by Morgantown, WV and Philadelphia. New clinics will soon open in Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, and Indianapolis, with more to come.
