As part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, join Sloan Women in Management in raising money for the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center (BARCC) in honor of Denim Day. Denim Day symbolizes solidarity and protest against victim-blaming, based on the overturning of a rape conviction because the survivor was wearing tight jeans.

More information about Boston Area Rape Crisis Center: The Boston Area Rape Crisis Center is the only provider of comprehensive rape crisis services in the greater Boston area. These services include a 24-hour hotline and hospital accompaniment, counseling, and legal and community education programs. In the last year alone, BARCC has helped over 4,000 survivors and their loved ones and another 10,000 people through prevention education, training and outreach. BARCC is committed to ending sexual violence through healing and social change.
