Hi! My name is Owen and I'm in 5th grade. I started this project in gifted while making my 'passion project.' My passion is the army as I have always wanted to join. These men and women are important because they protect this country and make a huge sacrifice. But while researching, I noticed that many soldiers have a hard time adjusting to civilian life. This may include PTSD, depression, chronic pain, or mountains of debt. Because of this, around 18 veterans commit suicide every day. All of the money I make will go to the Bob Woodruff Foundation, founded by Bob Woodruff after being injured by a bomb while reporting in Iraq.

We are proud to announce the launch of a fundraiser in support of the Bob Woodruff Foundation who offers holistic programs for wounded service members and their caregivers completely free of charge. 100% of the funds raised through this campaign will go directly to the foundation to help fuel these programs.
