About BLOC Work
Our purpose is to focus on positive youth development by supporting the investment of resources in programs focused on arts, culture, sport and recreation; and provide recidivism training. We aim to reduce crime by helping youngsters, former offenders, and low-income communities members obtain employment, stable housing, plus educational & health resources.
