Black Rock Observatory is building a new rotating dome, a portal that will deliver the cosmos to the playa once more. Visitors will gaze through a powerful 20-inch telescope to witness planets, galaxies, and nebulae, all guided by our dedicated team of astronomers. This dome is where science and art unite, inviting burners to directly experience the vastness of space and carry that profound sense of wonder into Black Rock City.
