About Black Fowlcan Foundation
The Black Fowlcan Foundation was established to support individuals and families impacted by suicide, mental illness, and addiction. Our work honors the memory of Jeremy FowLer, a beloved husband, father, and son, who passed on June 29, 2023. We also pay tribute to Travis Black, who passed from a major heart attack on January 5, 2025. Travis played a vital role in supporting those affected by Jeremy’s loss and exemplified the spirit of compassion and resilience we seek to promote. We are committed to breaking the stigma surrounding suicide, mental illness, and addiction by: • Raising public awareness and understanding • Providing education and prevention resources • Empowering communities with compassionate support
