Help the South Bend Bike Garage rent a permanent space for 2020!

We are a bike repair co-op where people from ALL backgrounds can come together to work on bikes. Since July 2019, we have been operating out of a small garage in downtown South Bend.
Every Wednesday night, we serve the community in three ways:
1. Fix-a-Bike: anyone can stop by and learn how to fix their bike, using our tools at no cost
2. Buy-a-Bike: we offer reliable used bikes at a reasonable cost
3. Earn-a-Bike: volunteer for 6 hours at the garage and earn a bike, FREE (no prior knowledge required)

We have been given the opportunity to rent a garage with HEAT and A/C, right across from our current location.
This will allow us to better serve the community — rain, snow, or shine. We are ecstatic about getting this opportunity. We have big goals for the future, such as programming, classes, and community events. This space is a huge step towards achieving those goals.

You may have put your bike away for winter, but hundreds of people in South Bend depend on bicycle transportation all winter long. With your help, we'll make sure they have access to buy, earn, or fix a bike.
