My name is Skyler Wember-Brown and I am working with Theta Chi Cal Poly to raise money for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo through our SBDC Philanthropy event.

SBDC is a competitive and professional dance competition between Panhellenic sororities at Cal Poly, with all proceeds being donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters San Luis Obispo County. This GoFundMe will be used for donations before and during the event. The proceeds from this GoFundMe will be combined with the proceeds from the event, and will be presented to the president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo at the end of the event.

The brothers of Theta Chi of San Luis Obispo are thrilled to announce our upcoming event, Sororities Best Dance Crew (SBDC), where sororities will showcase their talent and passion, for a great cause: Big Brothers Big Sisters of SLO County.

Big Brothers Big Sisters envisions a world where all children achieve success in life. Their mission is to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. By partnering with parents, guardians, volunteers, and the community, they empower children to reach higher aspirations, gain greater confidence, build better relationships, avoid risky behaviors, and succeed in education.

Your support means the world to us and to the children whose lives will be positively impacted by your generosity.

A Case for the Kids
Every $20 you donate is worth one ticket to wine a case of my favorite Central Coast wines. Only 100 tickets will be sold.

Making sure every kid on the Central Coast has a chance at a great future is important. And Big Brothers Big Sisters is one of the most successful models for providing kids with a positive adult mentor.

I'm proud to serve on the board of our local BBBS chapter...and I've been a big for eight years. This little fundraiser is a part of my annual Community Support fundraising campaign.

I know first hand that your donations will support an amazing cause (in addition to entering you to win a case of great wines). The case is valued at over $500...so feel free to donate in increments of $20 for more chances to win!
