LIVING OUT OUR MOM’S LEGACY:
Betty’s Blessed Bus is a non-profit mobile closet/pantry started by two sisters to continue and honor their Mom, Betty Russell who worked with the needy of Bucks County and surrounding areas. Our Mom was a beacon of light for all who sought help and hope. Her legacy was built on the foundation of Faith, Mercy, Love and Compassion.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to provide new and gently used clothing, other daily necessities and food to the unsheltered and struggling individuals of our community. We strive to be non-judgmental in a way that fosters human dignity by providing help and hope to our neighbors.
OUR VISION:
A community where everyone has the essential attire and basic human necessities to carry out day to day life with confidence. We hope to build bridges by bringing our bus to meet the people who are in need where they are.
OUR VALUES:
We provide a free shopping experience with each person choosing their own attire. We believe individuals have the right to essential clothing as well as daily necessities. We are committed to filling gaps in accessibility to clothing and essential items for the low-income and unsheltered.
Our funding comes through donation from local organizations and individuals.
