Better World Rescue

Eva the Frenchie came into Manteca Animal Services and was struggling to breathe. The shelter needed Eva to leave urgently with rescue as she needed medical care that the shelter could not provide. Better World Rescue was able to pull Eva into foster care and get her in the same day to see a veterinarian to determine the source of her breathing issues.

It has been confirmed that Eva needs BOAS surgery, which is common in Frenchies. Without this surgery, Eva's issues breathing will continue to worsen until she suffers respiratory collapse and suffocates to death. BOAS surgery is $4,000 and she needs it asap.
