Bethel Church has ministered to the city of Tampa - and the greater Tampa Bay region - for nearly one-hundred years! From its simple beginnings in 1926, Bethel has established itself as a congregation that lives the Gospel lovingly and boldly. Emphasizing community outreach programs and dynamic worship, Bethel Church is a diverse, intentional community of Christ-Followers who seek to embody the love of Jesus Christ.
Despite the qualities which make Bethel Church so special, sharing the Gospel message has never been more essential to the body of Christ. Recent statistics reveal that nearly eighty-percent of Tampans - within three miles of Bethel's campus - do not attend a local church. That's more than 100,000 individuals who do not engage a consistent, faith community. We seek to change this trend!
With that in mind, we seek to frame our future – to better connect with our surrounding community! Through improvements in facilities, media, and branding, we believe that we will be able to tell the Jesus story most effectively and creatively. With your partnership and prayer, we are striving to become a place where communities and generations converge and celebrate Jesus - and one another.
Help us tell the message of Jesus, to the city of Tampa, in a meaningful and unique way! Help us become CrossWind Church! We ask that you give as you can - $10, $20, $100, even $1,000! We seek to raise $50,000 by January 30th, 2020!! This money will help us to pay for new signage, marketing, advertising, legal fees and to enhance the presentation of our entrances. Every penny empowers us to reach the Tampa Bay area for Christ!
