Please consider supporting the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center NICU to honor our beautiful and sweet baby boy Liam Jay Mordino, born May 31, 2021 at 25 weeks gestation, weighing 1 lb 11 oz. Lovingly nicknamed “Tiny beans” and “LJ”, he was feisty, sweet, and always loved to spend time snuggled with his parents. He passed away at 6 weeks old from meningitis and prematurity.

The NICU team including nurses, physicians, NPs, RTs, pharmacists, and nutritionists, provided excellent care to Liam. They also made sure LJ was always surrounded by love in our absence. In addition to caring for our son, they surrounded our family with support and care during his life and in the weeks after. The BIDMC NICU was a family-focused environment that we will forever be grateful for their care and love.

For these reasons, we ask that you consider supporting the Liam Jay Memorial Fund in support of the amazing care from the BIDMC NICU team.

As of April 2020, the United States is the leader in cases of the COVID-19 virus internationally. There are currently over 10 million people filing for jobless claims. This is just the beginning, as the projections have up to 40 million Americans being left jobless. These projections predict that this pandemic will leave 32% of Americans unemployed.
With expensive healthcare payments, our goal is to help our fellow citizens in need by covering some of their hospital costs among these unprecedented times.
In times like these, we must unite as citizens and support each other. That is why we are presenting the #quarantineclean challenge. With many of the barbershops and hair dressers being closed, we offer the challenge of growing out your hair as long as possible and donating to this cause to help those in need. All of the proceeds will go to the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in support of those who face looming hospital bills that are becoming harder and harder to pay for. Thank you for your support!
