Frank Bauer dedicated a lifetime to coaching, teaching, and helping individuals achieve their personal best.  Frank left behind a legacy at every stop in his life's journey.  He was a leader and friend growing up in Rochester, a football coach in the making while earning his degree at W&J, a talented football coach at W&J, Geneva College, NFL Europe, and California University of Pennsylvania, a visionary at Ryno Production and Wheeling Jesuit University, a capable communications specialist at PNC. Frank's burning desire to render his personal best at work, at home, and in life, remains a standard for all those lucky enough to have met and worked with Frank.  His memory will live on with the "Frank Bauer Leadership Scholarship."  Rochester High School Seniors who best exemplify Frank's leadership skills in the classroom and on the field of play will be eligible to receive a scholarship in Frank's name.  Your contribution will help to keep Frank's memory alive, while helping a deserving student from his alma mater achieve their goals and dreams.
