Kasseem Osheroff is fundraising

Bati School in Haiti
At Burn 60, we believe every day is an opportunity to better the lives of those around us- and that means supporting our Burn Family and their causes.
In 2010, a 7.0 Earthquake hit Haiti devasting over 3 million people. Nearly 1/3 million of the country’s population. Longtime client Schiller Erlius, originally from Haiti, and Kasseem asked Burn to help support the Bati School – his personal passion back home.
From September 10-18, Burn 60 will donate a percentage of the proceeds from ALL 15 of Kasseem’s classes in both studios to raise funds for the Bati School.
On Monday September 17th we will hold a special charity class at 7pm in West Hollywood dedicated to raising funds for the Bati School.
On September 20, Kasseem will hand deliver our contribution when he visits the school in person.
What is the Bati School?
BATI School allows Ayitian children to dream of a new future and enriches the local community providing access to free education. Located on 50 acres in the mountains above the coastal town of St. Michel, Haiti. This free, localized education is provided by building a sustainable model for education through the sale of organic agriculture grown on the surrounding land.
They opened with 65 students in 2017 and have 125 students enrolled this school year. Their goal is to add a grade/class each year to reach K-12.
