Barrett House Food Drive - 2020 (SPX)
Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Barrett Foundation, Inc., and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
The St. Pius X Community has a long history of conducting food drives at Thanksgiving for Barrett House, and we are proud to continue this tradition despite the challenges presented by Covid 19 restrictions. This GoFundMe page is designed for families who do not wish to take on the risk of being in public, but who still want to participate in the drive, and for alumni who would like to continue supporting the Barrett House. Your funds will enable the staff at Barrett House to go to the store and buy the foods needed to feed the families sheltered there.
More information about Barrett Foundation, Inc.: Founded in 1985, Barrett Foundation's mission is to end homelessness for women and children in our community. Barrett operates a homeless shelter and four supportive housing programs. The shelter serves a minimum of 300 single women and women with children each year and provides shelter, housing and supportive services to help them transition into one of our housing programs or one offered by one of our partner agencies.
