Anna Paganelli is fundraising
Help the SC High Band Play at Carnegie Hall!
The Santa Cruz High band has the opportunity of a lifetime: Playing at Carnegie Hall in New York City. The band competed to win one of six places awarded to high school bands from around the country and will play on March 27, 2023.
It is a hugely expensive trip and we are dedicated to making it possible for every band student to go. The band boosters and the students have been fundraising extensively, beyond our usual annual drives. The funds from this GFM are earmarked to provide scholarships for families for whom the cost would be financially prohibitive. With your help, we will meet our goal.
If you can help us reach our goal, we would be so grateful. We are beyond excited for the kids to be able to shine in one of the most storied places to be musicians in this country.

La banda de Santa Cruz High tiene la oportunidad de su vida: Tocar en el Carnegie Hall de Nueva York. La banda compitió para ganar uno de los seis lugares otorgados a bandas de escuelas secundarias de todo el país y tocará el 27 de marzo de 2023.
Es un viaje muy caro y estamos dedicados a hacer posible que todos los estudiantes de la banda puedan ir. Los impulsores de la banda y los estudiantes han estado recaudando fondos ampliamente, más allá de nuestras habituales campañas anuales. Los fondos de este GFM están destinados a proporcionar becas a las familias para las que el coste sería económicamente prohibitivo. Con su ayuda, alcanzaremos nuestro objetivo.
Si puedes ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestro objetivo, te estaremos muy agradecidos. Estamos muy ilusionados de que los niños puedan brillar en uno de los lugares con más historia para los músicos de este país.
