Bring back the smiles to our school!
It's been a challenging time for students & staff at the Autism Model School.
Several weeks ago, the only swings on our back playground busted & are beyond repair. The swings were a huge source of joy for our students. Shortly after this our building was broken into several times over a few days.
On top of stealing items, like cell phones & tablets, the thieves wrecked classrooms & offices. This damage was so extensive we had to delay our summer program by one week.
In the middle of these difficulties we see a huge opportunity to build some amazing spaces for school & play. But we need you to make it happen!
Your donation will help us replace the swings & recover from the break-ins.* And bring back the smiles & the laughter & the joy.

*The cost for a new, accessible set of swings is more than $20,000. While insurance will cover most expenses from the break-ins, the school needs to pay over $2,000 in deductibles.
