August Symphony Orchestra

- The mission of The August Symphony Orchestra is to create an enduring, high quality ensemble that will bring great classical music into the community. - The major goal is to produce at least one concert a year in Union County that is free to the public. - The objectives are to assemble an all-volunteer orchestra composed of professional musicians, music teachers and talented community musicians; to present diversified programs reflective of well-known and lesser known classical works; and to conduct outreach to diversified populations including the elderly.
