Arts Unlimited Of Renton (Griot Gallery & Arts Center)

Arts Unlimited of Renton (AU) began in 2005 by hosting the Annual Art & Antique Walk in downtown Renton until 2014. In 2010, AU became a Washington State Non-profit organization and in 2015 (AU) became a 501c (3) non-profit. AU is a corps of business professionals committed to supporting the arts. OUR VISION is to connect the community through vibrant arts related programing and to facilitate positive experiences for teaching, learning, exhibiting, and performing the arts. Our desire to make a social impact begins with an art center as an artistic HUB in Downtown Renton. We envision GRIOT Gallery & Arts Center as this opportunity. In October 2016, we signed a seven year lease in the Cortona Building (formerly, Renton Western Wear) in Downtown Renton to establish Griot Gallery & Arts Center.
