Donate to cover APUFRAM Founder's Medical Expense
This holiday season we look forward to celebrating the precious gift of Jesus Christ. As Christmas approaches, we ask you to share the gifts with which the Lord has blessed you with APUFRAM International. Recently, Father Cook suffered a fall while caring for his animals. This Christmas we are asking for prayers and donations to assist with Father Cook’s medical bills.
Background
Father Emilio Cook maintains a chicken, hen, and geese (small animals) project, where he feeds and cares for them. This project generates funds for APUFRAM via the sale of animals or in-house consumption and it is a profitable endeavor. Unfortunately, recently Father Emilio recently broke his hip when he fell while attending to other routine daily tasks. In order to get back to his beloved birds, he needed hip replacement surgery.
Thanks be to God and an almost miraculous series of events, Father underwent a successful hip replacement surgery in Honduras on Wednesday, November 23, 2022. We are now fundraising to cover his medical and post-surgery care expenses. This helps APUFRAM to cover these unforeseen expenses by not taking funds from the general operation or rainy-day funds.

Our mission is to collaborate with APUFRAM to give hope for the future to the poor by providing access to education within their system of schools and boarding facilities.
