Appalachia Christmas Project

Every year, since 2007, the Appalachia Christmas Project has provided Christmas presents to children in need. To date, we have helped over 1,000 children have a Christmas to remember.
The Family Resource Center Director at The Buckhorn School in Kentucky, one of the poorest school districts in the country, will be working with us to take the funds we raise and purchase presents for the children in the school.
In the past, we have asked for wrapped gifts from friends, family and our hockey families. This year, due to the pandemic, it will not be possible to send and deliver wrapped gifts. We feel that providing the funds raised and having Judy, our ACP liaison, and her staff purchase and deliver the presents directly would be the safest option
We can tell you first hand that these beautiful children appreciate each and every gift they receive. Without all of our support these children would not have any presents to open on Christmas morning.
The Appalachia Christmas Project thanks you in advance for your donations and wish you and yours a beautiful holiday season.
