From Yoga Studio to Healing Institute
Dear Friends, Family, and Community,
In 2024, Ease Mountain Yoga in Ben Lomond closed its doors after 12 incredible years of serving as a sanctuary for healing, movement, and connection. This beloved space brought together a community of seekers, healers, and friends who supported one another in body, mind, and spirit. Though the studio has closed, its essence lives on as we step into an exciting new chapter.
In 2025, we are bringing a new vision to life: Antara Institute Wellness and Training Center (www.antarainstitute.org), a nonprofit dedicated to expanding the heart of this work. Antara Institute will provide integrative healing, therapeutic yoga, and holistic support for underserved communities, those navigating chronic illness, mental health challenges, and major life transitions.
