About Animal Evac Volunteers
Under the direction of County sheriffs and/or animal control officers, AEV assists in emergency pet and other small animal retrieval, transport, and delivery to a designated safe location, where the animals are cared for until they can be reclaimed by their owners. When requested by County authorities, AEV also assists in animal seizure situations.
