Ancora Ministries is local to Hays County and beyond. Food is sent home with kids over the weekend, every weekend in the school year, who might otherwise experience hunger. A large donation of new athletic shoes is gathered each year, again for kids who want to be involved in sports but don’t have access to proper footwear.
In remote areas of Guatemala, Ancora Ministries sends teams several times a year to provide nutritious food to malnourished children and monitor their improvement, water filters to keep the people safe from worms and other dangers, and safe stoves.
Mercy, brotherly love, and critical assistance are key qualities within Ancora. There is so much need, everywhere. This is one valuable ministry I am personally involved in and can vouch for.
