WHY HELP:
The David Diego Ladowski Memorial Fund was created to honor the memory of David Diego Ladowski and to continue his legacy of helping others.

This extraordinary young man was a special human being, a humanist, a pacifist with strong convictions, who always cared for others. Always optimistic and very humble.

On July 31, 2002, while he was at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem delivering his last papers to complete his Master's Degree in Public Policy, a bomb exploded at the school cafeteria killing him along with other 8 people and wounding 84.

After this tragedy, and at the initiative of the Ladowski family, the University of Jerusalem gives an annual award in David's honor that consists in merit scholarships. The award is given to gifted and talented young students, committed to a lifetime of public service and working for world peace and excellence.

The David Diego Ladowski Memorial Fund provides financial help for students at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Almost 100 scholarships have been awarded since its establishment.

Also, David Diego's legacy, work, and achievements inspire many community projects throughout the world.

We believe that the best way to face the challenge and continue his work is turning this bad situation into something good. Remembering him for all the good he’s done and for what he was going to do for this world.

El 31 de julio, se cumplirán 16 años desde que mi hermano David Diego murió cuando estalló una bomba en la cafetería de la Universidad. Desde ese momento, hemos establecimos un fondo conmemorativo por el cual recaudamos dinero para dar becas a estudiantes muy talentosos, para hacer otras buenas obras, y para inspirar proyectos comunitarios. Por favor ayúdenos a continuar con su legado de "Hacer El Bien y Ayudar a Los Demás". Cualquier donación será muy apreciada para honrar su legado y continuar lo que comenzamos 16 años atrás.

W dniu 31 lipca minie 16 lat od śmierci mego brata Davida Diego, który zmarł, kiedy wybuchła bomba w stołówce Uniwersytetu. Od tego czasu udało nam się utworzyć fundusz ku jego pamięci, który zbiera pieniądze, aby zapewnić stypendia dla utalentowanych studentów, aby robić inne dobre uczynki dla innych i inspirować przedsięwzięcia społeczne. Proszę pomóc nam kontynuować jego dziedzictwo „Czynić Dobro i Pomagać Innym.” Wszelkie donacje będą bardzo mile widziane, aby uhonorować jego spuściznę i kontynuować to co zaczeliśmy 16 lat temu.

ב- 31 ליולי יעברו 16 שנה מפטירתו של אחי דוד דיאגו בעקבות התפוצצות מטען חבלה בקפיטריית .האוניברסיטה

מאז ועד מהיום הקמנו קרן לזכרו בכדי לגייס כסף, להעניק מלגות לסטודנטים מוכשרים במיוחד ולתת השראה לפרוייקטים קהילתיים אחרים.
