The thousands of families who lost their homes to the Eaton fire this past January have endured a world of misery.
They lost everything they own - from their favorite t-shirt with the soft collar that fit just right, to their irreplaceable family photos, to the documents they need to identify themselves.
They've bounced around trying to find stable housing, dealt with the traumatic loss of their community and sense of security - and kept living their lives with all the day-to-day struggles that entails.
As the holidays approach, these families are desperately looking for funds to rebuild their homes. Before the end of this year we can give some of them the financial means to do so, to remain in the community they love, to have one less thing to worry about.
All funds donated here will go directly to grants to be given to homeowners who've lived in Altadena over thirty years and want to rebuild, but are short on funds.
