Special Cheer Abilities Fundraiser
Maryland Twisters Eye of the Storm, our amazing special needs cheer team, has been invited to compete in the Summit, a national competition in Florida.
This is a huge honor and a rare opportunity for them to showcase their skills and spirit on a big stage. But we need your help to make this dream come true.
As you can imagine, traveling to Florida is not cheap, especially for a team of 20 athletes and their families. We estimate that we need to raise at least $20,000 to cover the costs of flights, hotels, meals, and registration fees. ✈️
That’s why we are launching a fundraising campaign to support Eye of the Storm. We are asking you, our loyal and generous supporters, to make a donation of any amount to help us reach our goal.
100% of your donation will go directly to the travel expenses for this special team.
Eye of the Storm has been a part of the Maryland Twisters program for many years. They are one of the first and most successful special needs cheer teams in the nation, with multiple national titles and awards. They are also an inspiration for all of us, as they overcome their challenges and perform with passion and joy.
They deserve this chance to shine and represent the special needs cheer abilities community. ️️
