Help AFAE Stop Pig Wrestling in WI
Alliance for Animals and the Environment, the voice for animals in Wisconsin since 1983, has been campaigning to stop pig wrestling events throughout Wisconsin since 2011. Their effort to cancel a pig wrestling event in Stoughton, Wisconsin WAS SUCCESSFUL due to an online petition and the support of a local Alderman. The petition has gathered almost 10K signatures.
The Alliance's goal is to put an end to the remaining pig wrestling events which are planned throughout the summer in Wisconsin, with an eye to banning the practice statewide.

In Minnesota, our neighbor to our north, pig wrestling has been against the law since 1971!
With your financial help the Alliance can expand its efforts throughout our state. Your support will help draw more attention to pig wrestling events with local advertising, online media exposure and printed materials for local leafleting. Alliance's work on current and future pig wrestling events depends on donations from caring people like you.
Ironically, the Stoughton Fair organizers called the Alliance and its supporters bullies for speaking up for the pigs they want to beat-up. It is easy to recognize the real bullies. Please help put an end to this cruelty; your support will help make Wisconsin a more humane place.
