The Alex House Project

Last year our Son now 6, learned that Santa doesn’t stop at every Kid’s home on Christmas eve and he wanted to do something to help. Together he and his friends helped raise money for Toys, so that children less fortunate than he and his friends could share in the joy of Christmas Day. This year he’s asked to do the same. Bond loves  and last year meditated for 24 minutes as a tribute to the Kobe. This year his goal is Steph Curry! And so on December, [email redacted]d will practice mindfulness for 30 minutes ‍♂️And because we’ve seen first hand how valuable meditation can be for children. Bond is asking all his friends and those he doesn’t know to help join him raise money for kids in need. By setting their own personal goals as they help raise money for toys and meditate on their big day (by using the link in bio). In preparation, Bond will be leading classes @standarddose each and every Sunday to help give gift of mindfulness to other kids. Please join him.

We support pregnant and parenting mothers and young fathers living in NYC, particularly Brooklyn where we are based. Our mission is to increase long-term family-sufficiency by providing a safe and nurturing environment for parent education and leadership development with support to access higher education and the workforce.
