AirDance NM had to cease operations in early March 2020 due to COVID-19. We, like most arts organizations, don't know when we will be able to re-open our doors. Nearly all of our income comes from our educational programming, and our shows, both of which have been put on an indefinite hiatus in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.
If you are able, any donation you can make will help us to survive this halt in programming, so that we can continue to offer aerial arts education and entertainment after the threat of Corona virus has lifted. We are a very small nonprofit, and this loss of income, with no current end in sight, could easily keep us on the ground forever.
Our Mission is-
AirDance NM creates and teaches theatrical dance, with an emphasis on aerial and circus arts to ensure people of all backgrounds have access to a diverse and inclusive space that nurtures artistic discovery and exploration.
We truly believe that art is necessary and that all people deserve to make art with their bodies in the air. Thank you for helping to make that possible, for us and all of our students.
