The African American Entrepreneurs Association is raising funds to support minority businesses in Central Florida affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. These local businesses are the backbone of their communities, and rebuilding them is crucial for economic recovery.

We are the African American Entrepreneurs Association (AAEA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2018. We are dedicated to supporting economic development through entrepreneurship, particularly within underserved African American and minority communities.
We are based in Daytona Beach, Florida, and serve African American and minority entrepreneurs across Central Florida, including those most affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
As an organization working closely with minority-owned businesses, we have direct relationships with the entrepreneurs impacted by these storms. Many of them are our members and partners, and we have been supporting their business growth through our various programs and initiatives.
The funds will be allocated to provide direct financial relief to minority businesses affected by the hurricanes. This includes helping with immediate repairs, replacing damaged equipment, covering lost inventory, and providing operational support to help these businesses recover. Additionally, we will offer mentorship and resources to ensure their long-term recovery and sustainability.
