A desperate call for help came in for a dog in dire need! Adoptions and donations are at an all time low but we couldn’t turn out backs on this sweet girl!
Meet BEAM! She is an incredible 5 year old black & tan German Shepherd who has been failed by people for too long. As soon as she was rescued, we drove her straight to the vet. After an extensive work up, we found Beams list of ailments to be quite long BUT treatable.
Poor Beam is severely Emaciated and Dehydrated. She is Heartworm positive, Lyme, Erlichia, Anaplasma positive, she has multiple Mammary Tumors that will require surgery, Demodectic Mange over most her body, and Joint issues. After she is healthy she will finally receive vaccinations and Spay surgery.
With the help of our incredible veterinary team at Hopewell Animal Hospital, we are confident Beam can make a wonderful recovery! If you are able, PLEASE help us with the cost of Beams medical care.
